A registration has many advantages and is necessary to be able use Jallwa to the full extent and gain access to your “My Jallwa” account section. When you register, you can post your own ads and save ads to your favourites list. You can also rate other users, access the messaging centre to send and answer questions, and much more. We also need your email address to keep you updated about your ads and inform you of messages from other users.
Registration is free. To create an account, click on “My Jallwa” at the top-right corner of the page. Then click “Register in 20 seconds”. You can choose to register with your email address, your Facebook or Google account. If you register with your email address, you will need to confirm it and create a username and password.
In addition to the basic account, we also offer Premium Accounts. As a Premium member, you will receive many additional advantages, such as having your ads highlighted with a Premium label. More information can be found
If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you have received an email, but the confirmation button does not work, please copy the full link from the URL bar (at the top of your browser) and paste it into a new window.
If the email is also not in your spam folder, or copying the link also does not work, please contact our Customer Support
To reset your password, click on “Log in” below “My Jallwa”. Then click on “Can’t access my account” below the password field and enter your email address or username. An email will be sent you with a link that allows you to enter a new password. In the future, you can use your new password to log in.
Please log into your account by clicking on “My Jallwa” at the top right corner of the page. Then hover over “Settings” at the top bar and select “Change Password”. Please type in your old password, followed by your new one.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your email address or username after registration. Two alternatives:
1) Delete the account tied to your old email address and create a new one for free (Ads will also need to be created again).
2) You can add additional email addresses to your account. To do this, log into “My Jallwa”, hover over the “Settings” option within the menu bar at the top of the page, click on “Add Email Address”, and provide the new email address you would like to add to your account.
Click on “My Jallwa”. Then enter your email address or username and your password in the “Log in” fields. Hover over “Settings”, select “Delete account”, and follow the on-screen instructions.
Please note that after your account has been deleted you won’t be able to use the same email address to re-register with us again. The account cannot be restored, not even by our customer support team.
On Jallwa, you can save your searches by indicating your search specifications, typing in your email address, and selecting the email frequency at the bottom of the same page.
You will then receive updates about new ads related to this search via email.
To manage your saved searches, go to “My Jallwa”, then select “Alerts” from the menu which allows you to view, edit, or delete your saved searches.
Favourite Ads is a free service that allows you to save ads that you find interesting and review them later on. To add any ads to your favourites list, click on the grey star icon. If you click twice on the star/button, it removes the ad from the list. You will see the same star icon with a number next to it at the top right corner of the website, this indicates the number of postings that you have added to your favourites lists. To see the complete list of your favourite ads, click on the star.
